Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present dishes according to the restaurant’s quality standards.
  • Work independently on a section or support the kitchen team, depending on experience.
  • Assist with daily mise en place and service for lunch, dinner, and events.
  • Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and timing.
  • Comply with hygiene, safety, and HACCP regulations.
  • Support the Head Chef and Sous-Chef in daily kitchen operations.
  • Contribute ideas and maintain a positive team spirit in the kitchen.
  • Keep workstations clean, organized, and efficient.
