- Work independently on a specific section or provide support to the kitchen team, based on your experience.
- Assist with daily mise en place and service during lunch, dinner, and events.
- Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and timing.
- Comply with hygiene, safety, and HACCP regulations at all times.
- Support the Head Chef and Sous-Chef in daily kitchen operations.
- Contribute ideas and promote a positive team spirit within the kitchen.
- Maintain clean, organized, and efficient workstations.
