Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining our high culinary standards and ensuring a seamless operation within the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present dishes in accordance with the restaurant's quality standards.
  • Work independently on a specific section or provide support to the kitchen team, based on your experience.
  • Assist with daily mise en place and service during lunch, dinner, and events.
  • Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and timing.
  • Comply with hygiene, safety, and HACCP regulations at all times.
  • Support the Head Chef and Sous-Chef in daily kitchen operations.
  • Contribute ideas and promote a positive team spirit within the kitchen.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and efficient workstations.
