We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a commitment to maintaining our restaurant's high standards. Below are the key responsibilities associated with this position:

  • Prepare and present dishes according to the restaurant's quality standards.
  • Work independently on a designated section or support the kitchen team, based on your experience level.
  • Assist with daily mise en place and service for lunch, dinner, and events.
  • Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and timing in line with our standards.
  • Comply with hygiene, safety, and HACCP regulations.
  • Support the Head Chef and Sous-Chef in daily kitchen operations.
  • Contribute ideas and foster a positive team spirit within the kitchen.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation.
