Job Opportunity: Kitchen Assistant

For our campus in Montreux, we are seeking a motivated Kitchen Assistant to join our culinary team.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the daily production of the assigned section in accordance with the Executive Chef’s instructions
• Wash, peel, and cut fruits and vegetables
• Prepare salads, seafood, fish, and more
• Deliver high-quality food in collaboration with other members of the F&B team
• Ensure variety in meals
• Apply HACCP standards and ensure they are adhered to within the production area

Qualifications and Skills:

• CFC in Culinary Arts or equivalent
• 2 years of experience as a cook
• Native French speaker with a solid command of English
• Strong knowledge of international recipes
• Creative, autonomous, and flexible
• Able to execute assigned tasks quickly and professionally
• Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team
