Current Opportunity: Aid Kitchen / Steward

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily production of the assigned section in accordance with the Chef's instructions.
• Prepare basic raw materials, including cutting and peeling fruits and vegetables.
• Apply and respect HACCP standards in the production area, and maintain daily cleaning of kitchen equipment and facilities.
• Assist with the storage and requisition of kitchen goods and report any malfunctions of kitchen equipment.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of another language is a plus.
• Patient, organized, flexible, and able to work in a team.
