Our award-winning ecologically designed campus is situated in the heart of the Rheintal, in Buchs. We are seeking a dedicated and impactful full-time to join our International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (PYP) learning community. The successful candidate will join our diverse team of committed and experienced international school teachers at our age 3-19 school.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who bring a rigorous and inclusive approach to teaching and learning within the primary years, with a strong interest in continuous provision and impactful Early Years education. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in language teaching for both native English speakers and English language learners, alongside a commitment to an inquiry-led approach that brings learning to life inside and outside the classroom.

We are seeking teachers who:

  • Are qualified primary years teachers with a minimum of three years of teaching experience and at least a bachelor's degree.
  • Have significant experience and expertise in teaching in the primary phase, particularly with a specialization in Early Years.
  • Are willing to go the extra mile to design and deliver engaging learning experiences.
  • Promote a well-organized, inspiring, and inquiry-led learning environment.
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and a positive, empathetic approach to students, colleagues, and the wider community.
  • Are internationally-minded and committed to the IB philosophy and approach.
  • Are comfortable integrating technology into teaching and learning to enhance student outcomes.
  • Are dedicated to continuous improvement.
  • Engage with and contribute to the full life of the school.
