Job Opportunity: Key Account Manager
Driving the success of key accounts requires a strategic and well-coordinated approach. In this role, you will oversee and manage the tender process for designated key accounts, ensuring smooth collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with Key Account Management (KAM) to define tender strategies and develop compelling offers.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders across country sales organizations and central functions, including marketing, product management, finance, and controlling.
- Manage processes from project calculations to securing approvals from the board of management.
- Support KAM by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to optimizing performance and driving long-term business success through targeted improvement measures.
- Analyze market and competitor landscapes to provide strategic insights, ensuring internal stakeholders focus on the most relevant opportunities.
Qualifications
- Education: A university degree in business administration or economics with at least 3 years of professional experience.
- Experience & Knowhow: Project management experience, an entrepreneurial mindset, and strong strategic, analytical, and organizational skills. Experience in power tools accessories is a plus.
- Personality & Work Style: Self-directed with excellent communication and persuasion skills, high empathy, and a strong sales mindset.
- Language Skills: Excellent English; German is a plus.
