Full-Time Key Account Manager Position
We are seeking a motivated Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team immediately or at a mutually agreed date. The primary mission of this role is to build and nurture long-term, strategic partnerships with key clients that foster mutual growth, align with business objectives, and provide sustained value through exceptional service and tailored solutions.

Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, life sciences, business, or equivalent experience.
- Significant experience (5+ years) in key account/sales management within the industrial water treatment sector, specifically in the Food & Beverage segment.
- Strong technical understanding of instrumentation/monitoring systems and customer operations in target industries.
- Proven track record of managing large accounts, achieving revenue growth, and building customer loyalty.
- Exceptional commercial negotiation skills with a strategic mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English and French; proficiency in German is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as required.
