Job Opportunity: Key Account Manager at Regeneron

Regeneron is seeking a multifaceted Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will help achieve Immunology sales objectives while upholding our commitment to putting patients first. You will gain insight into the local healthcare economy to identify key individuals in Immunology, tailor your approach based on unique needs, and build KOL support for our products. Your Typical Day Will Include:

  • Establishing and leading high-quality interactions with healthcare professionals (HCPs) by continuously updating your scientific knowledge and effectively implementing our sales and marketing plan.
  • Delivering the brand’s value proposition through compelling communication of key messages to HCPs.
  • Developing and executing a local account plan in alignment with the Swiss Brand Plan, utilizing key data sources and market insights.
  • Collaborating closely with medical colleagues to roll out regional programs that fulfill HCP needs.
  • Leveraging all communication channels, including digital, in partnership with cross-functional teams to maximize market presence.
  • Proactively reporting results and developments to the Swiss leadership team.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree and/or pharmaceutical sales certification (SHQA), along with at least five years of experience in pharmaceutical sales. A background in biologics or the immunology segment is highly desirable. An established network in ENT, Gastroenterology, or Pneumology is advantageous. Fluency in German and English is required, while proficiency in Italian or French is considered a plus.
