Key Account Manager
Driving the success of key accounts requires a strategic and well-coordinated approach. In this role, you will oversee and manage the tender process for designated key accounts, ensuring smooth collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Key Account Management (KAM) to define tender strategies and develop compelling offers.
- Coordinate various stakeholders across country sales organizations and central functions, including marketing, product management, finance, and controlling.
- Manage project calculations and secure approvals from the board of management.
- Support KAM by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to optimizing performance and driving long-term business success through targeted improvement measures.
- Analyze market and competitor landscapes to provide internal stakeholders with strategic insights, ensuring focus on the most relevant opportunities.
Qualifications
- Education: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience, with a university degree in business administration or economics.
- Experience & Knowhow: Project management experience, entrepreneurial mindset, strong strategic, analytical, and organizational skills; experience in power tools accessories is a plus.
- Personality & Work Style: Self-directed with excellent communication and persuasion skills, high empathy, and a strong sales mindset.
- Language Skills: Excellent English; proficiency in German is a plus.
