Job Description

Driving the success of key accounts requires a strategic and well-coordinated approach. In this role, you will oversee and manage the tender process for designated key accounts, ensuring smooth collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Key Account Management (KAM) to define tender strategies and develop compelling offers.
  • Coordinate various stakeholders across country sales organizations and central functions, including marketing, product management, finance, and controlling.
  • Manage the process from project calculations to securing approval from the board of management.
  • Support KAM by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to optimizing performance and driving long-term business success through targeted improvement measures.
  • Analyze market and competitor landscapes to provide internal stakeholders with strategic insights, ensuring they focus on the most relevant opportunities.

Qualifications

Education: At least 3 years of professional experience, with a university degree in business administration or economics.

Experience & Knowhow: Project management experience, entrepreneurial mindset, strong strategic, analytical, and organizational skills. Experience in power tools accessories is a plus.

Personality & Work Style: Self-directed, with excellent communication and persuasion skills, high empathy, and a strong sales mindset.

Language Skills: Excellent command of English; German is a plus.
