Job Description

Driving the success of key accounts requires a strategic and well-coordinated approach. In this role, you will oversee and manage the tender process for designated key accounts, ensuring smooth collaboration with internal stakeholders. Working closely with Key Account Management (KAM), you will help define tender strategies and develop compelling offers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate various stakeholders across country sales organizations and central functions, including marketing, product management, finance, and controlling. Your work will span from project calculations to securing approval from the board of management.
  • Support KAM by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Through targeted improvement measures, you will contribute to optimizing performance and driving long-term business success.
  • Analyze market and competitor landscapes to provide internal stakeholders with strategic insights, ensuring they focus on the most relevant opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Education: At least 3 years of professional experience, with a university degree in business administration or economics.
  • Experience & Knowhow: Project management experience, entrepreneurial mindset, strong strategic, analytical, and organizational skills. Experience in power tools accessories is a plus.
  • Personality & Work Style: Self-directed, with excellent communication and persuasion skills, high empathy, and a strong sales mindset.
  • Language Skills: Excellent English; proficiency in German is a plus.
