Your Responsibilities
Workshop Movements
- Ensure the sequenced assembly of basic automatic movements.
- Conduct control and adjustments of the escapements.
- Perform various oiling and lubrication tasks.
- Carry out finishing operations, including starting the movement, adjusting the run-marker, and dynamic balancing.
- Guarantee compliance with aesthetic quality criteria and functional criteria (0h - 24h power reserve).
Workshop Casing
- Perform crown gluing onto the winding stem.
- Install the dial and set the hands manually on the bridge.
- Ensure proper casing of the watch.
- Maintain compliance with quality criteria such as hand setting report, date jump, cleanliness, and overall aesthetics.
Your Profile
- You hold a watchmaking CFC or an equivalent qualification.
- Ideally, you possess some initial experience in the relevant positions.
- You are proficient in reading plans and specifications as well as utilizing watch control devices.
- You are autonomous, rigorous, organized, proactive, and demonstrate solid analytical and synthesis skills.
