Position: Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist in Zurich to collaborate with both our business units and employer branding team to drive long-term value for our clients and our people by attracting and hiring the right talent. As a member of our Talent Attraction and Acquisition team, you will play a crucial role in building strategic relationships with leaders, hiring managers, and other teams. This position offers a wide variety of experiences in a dynamic environment, helping you progress rapidly along your chosen career path.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Audit stakeholders to proactively manage relationships and ensure effective and timely recruitment.
• Lead the entire recruitment life cycle, aiming to create a "best-in-class candidate experience."
• Align with business goals and develop tailored sourcing solutions to attract high-quality candidates.
• Focus on graduate recruitment while advising on current trends and expectations.
• Bring innovative ideas to the table and manage ad-hoc projects.

What We Look For

• A successful initial experience as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist in an international environment, either in-house or within a recruitment agency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., SuccessFactors).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
• An open-minded, purpose-driven individual who is an authentic team player.
• The ability to effectively prioritize competing demands while delivering high-quality results and leveraging our tools, technology, and nearshore support teams.
