How You Can Make an Impact

As a Junior Swiss Global Mobility Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the Swiss Global Mobility Team within our People & Purpose (HR) Enabling Function. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the cross-border client project staffing process among client project teams, worldwide employees and their mobility teams, as well as our internal compliance service providers.
  • Managing time-sensitive document gathering, data input, and tracking for foreign Deloitte member firm employees staffing on client projects in Switzerland, as well as domestic employees working abroad.
  • Initiating internal compliance services via our Mobility Management tool and coordinating ad hoc reports.
  • Overseeing the team mailbox, being the first point of contact for all incoming Swiss Mobility inquiries, and ensuring a highly customer-oriented handling of our processes.
  • Assisting senior Swiss Global Mobility business partners in advising client project teams on the overall cross-border client project work staffing process and compliance requirements.

Who We Are Looking For

To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • A commercial degree or equivalent education, with at least 2-3 years of professional experience, preferably in Global Mobility and/or HR.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize workload while managing tight deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
  • A collaborative spirit that shines through both in a dynamic team and when working independently.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal) is essential; proficiency in German is preferred.
  • A good understanding of Swiss immigration and labor law.
  • Exceptional IT skills, particularly in the MS Office environment.
