How You Can Make an Impact

As a Junior Swiss Global Mobility Coordinator, you'll become an integral part of the Swiss Global Mobility Team within our People & Purpose (HR) Enabling Function. In this role, you will support and process our in- and outbound cross-border client project worker population, focusing on compliance aspects related to Immigration, Taxes, and Social Security. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the cross-border client project staffing process among client project teams, worldwide employees and their mobility teams, and our internal compliance service providers (GES, Global Employer Services).
  • Managing critical document gathering, data input, and tracking for both foreign Deloitte member firm employees assigned to client projects in Switzerland, as well as domestic employees working abroad.
  • Initiating internal compliance services via our Mobility Management tool and coordinating ad hoc reports.
  • Overseeing the workstream-related team mailbox and serving as the first point of contact for Swiss Mobility inquiries, ensuring a highly customer-oriented approach in process management.
  • Assisting senior Swiss Global Mobility business partners in advising client project teams on compliance requirements and the overall cross-border staffing process in collaboration with internal GES specialists.

Who We Are Looking For

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A commercial degree or comparable education with at least 2 - 3 years of professional experience, preferably in Global Mobility and/or HR.
  • The ability to work accurately, prioritize your workload, and maintain attention to detail while managing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong preference for both team collaboration and independent work in a demanding setting.
  • Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in German is preferred.
  • A good understanding of Swiss immigration and labor law is advantageous.
  • Exceptional IT skills, especially in the MS Office environment.

Become part of a diverse, multinational, and highly motivated team in our Zurich office.
