M.A.H. INTERNATIONAL AG is a market leader in Global Commercial Accounts Receivable Management & Trade Dispute Resolution Services. We are currently seeking a talented Junior Sales Administration Manager to oversee our entire Sales Administration process and support our client acquisition efforts, both domestically and internationally, from our headquarters in Stans, Switzerland. Preference will be given to applicants with Swiss residency or a work permit.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Independently manage the Sales Administration process.
- Act as the first point of contact for our international clientele through verbal and written communication in English and German.
- Issue agreements and conduct regular follow-ups to ensure sales success.
- Achieve sales targets established by M.A.H. management in a timely manner.
- Maintain statistics and provide progress reports for management's attention.
- Conduct credit checks and case assessments.
- Manage established client accounts and nurture long-term customer relationships.
- Support the Sales & Marketing Department and collaborate with other departments as needed.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and German at a management level. Proficiency in French, Italian, Spanish, or any additional language is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team while assuming responsibility.
- Strong multitasking abilities in a dynamic global environment.
- Excellent IT, database, time management, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated loyalty, self-motivation, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
