Join Our Team as a Junior Sales Administration Manager
M.A.H. INTERNATIONAL AG is a market leader in Global Commercial Accounts Receivable Management and Trade Dispute Resolution Services. We are currently seeking a Junior Sales Administration Manager to oversee our entire Sales Administration process and support our client acquisitions, both in Switzerland and internationally. Our headquarters are located in Stans, Switzerland.
Preference will be given to applicants with Swiss residency or a work permit to work in Switzerland.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Independently manage the Sales Administration process.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our international clientele through verbal and written communication in English and German.
- Issue agreements and conduct regular follow-ups to ensure sales success.
- Meet sales targets set by M.A.H. management in a timely manner.
- Maintain statistics and provide progress reports for management's attention.
- Conduct credit checks and assess cases as required.
- Maintain established client accounts and foster long-term customer relationships.
- Support the Sales & Marketing Department and other departments as necessary.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and German to engage at management level. Proficiency in French, Italian, Spanish, or any other language is an additional asset.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team, taking responsibility for assigned tasks.
- Capacity to multi-task in a dynamic and global environment.
- Strong IT, database management, time management, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Loyal, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure.
