Purpose/Objective of the Job

The successful candidate will support the day-to-day administrative and regulatory affairs within our local Zug office. You will work closely with the Regulatory Affairs Manager and the team, serving as a point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities and Major Duties

  • Ensure compliance of the company's products with Swiss regulations (Pharma and Phyto pharmaceutical products and food supplements).
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of national and international legislative guidelines and requirements.
  • Respond to queries from health authorities (HA).
  • Collect and evaluate scientific data from various sources.
  • Engage in regulatory activities such as variations, new marketing authorization submissions, and product registrations across different platforms.
  • Assist in the development of marketing concepts, packaging, and advertising prior to product release.

Qualifications

Degree/Certification/Licensure: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline with a scientific background.

Experience: One previous internship experience in the pharmaceutical or food industries in a similar position is required.
