Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join us as a:

Junior Quality Engineer (m/f/d) - 100%

Location: Raron (VS), Switzerland

Type of Contract: Permanent employment

Start Date: In alignment with the candidate’s availability, preferably March 1, 2026

Shift: No

Your Responsibilities

• Perform capability studies on critical processes.
• Support quality improvement, CAPA, and non-conformance activities.
• Monitor processes and analyze operational data for optimization.
• Conduct first article inspections and maintain visual aids.
• Prepare defect analysis reports and support MRB activities.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Perform line and product audits.
• Participate in continuous improvement (CAC) initiatives.
• Support Quality Engineering in APQP.
• Follow all safety, health, and security procedures.

Your Background

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience in quality assurance, manufacturing, or process engineering is an advantage.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and methods (e.g., SPC, capability studies).
• Understanding of CAPA, NC processes, APQP, and audit methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively across teams.
• High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
• Ability to follow established procedures and comply with safety and security requirements.
