Summary

The Junior Process Expert plays a vital role in supporting the Production Unit (PU) by addressing all process-related matters. The primary goal is to continuously enhance existing processes, both qualitatively and quantitatively, while also introducing and establishing new procedures. These activities must comply with cGMP requirements, applicable SOPs, and industry guidelines.

About the Role

Major Accountabilities:

  • Support the handling of deviations, complaints, actions, and CAPAs.
  • Assist in decision-making related to production issues.
  • Help create and maintain manufacturing instructions, including bills of materials and process steps.
  • Support the processing of quality notifications, including managing external and internal complaints.
  • Assist in the development of specific SOPs.
  • Ensure GMP-compliant documentation is maintained.
  • Consistently adhere to GSU guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and order within the work environment.
  • Assist in the implementation of corrective measures for deviations.
  • Support process and cleaning validations and assist with qualification activities (e.g., thermal requalification).

Essential Requirements:

  • Degree in Scientific disciplines.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Fluency in English and German.

Desirable Requirements:

  • Master's Degree.
  • Initial experience in a GMP manufacturing environment.

Contract Information

We offer a temporary contract of 12 months.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for the role: CHF 74,200 - 137,800. Salary is determined based on skills, competencies, and experience, in accordance with the Novartis pay-setting policy.
