About the Role
Our client, an international trading company based in Geneva, is seeking an Office Coordinator. From day one, you will take on concrete responsibilities that will significantly contribute to the smooth operations of the office. If you are motivated, available, and possess excellent interpersonal skills, there are ample opportunities for growth within the company.
Work Tasks
- Manage the flow of emails, mail, and documentation for the office.
- Provide reception services for visitors and external contacts, both in-person and via phone.
- Support employees in their daily tasks.
- Organize and manage travel bookings and related arrangements.
We Are Looking For
- Recent completion of training as a commercial employee with a Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) or equivalent. (Recent graduates with internship experience are welcome)
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
- Fluency in French and English (minimum C1 level).
- Good understanding of Geneva's administrative procedures.
- Residence in Switzerland.
