About the Role
Our client, an international trading company based in Geneva, is seeking an Office Coordinator. From day one, you will take on substantial responsibilities that will contribute significantly to the efficient operation of the office. If you are motivated, available, and possess excellent interpersonal skills, there are great opportunities for advancement within the company.
Work Tasks
- Manage email, mail, and documentation flow for the office.
- Provide physical and phone reception for visitors and external contacts.
- Support employees in their daily tasks.
- Organize and manage travel bookings, among other tasks.
We Are Looking For
- A recent completion of training as a commercial employee with a Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) or equivalent. (Recent graduates with internship experience are welcome.)
- Knowledge of the MS Office suite.
- Fluency in French and English (C1 minimum).
- A good understanding of Geneva's administrative procedures.
- Must reside in Switzerland.
