Position Overview

We are looking for a Junior Meeting Planner to join our team in Zürich. In this full-time role, you will be part of a project team responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing meetings—whether they are live, hybrid, or virtual. As the first point of contact for our service providers and partners, as well as operational stakeholders on the customer side, you will passionately promote continuous exchange of information.

Your role will involve maintaining project budgets and targets, coordinating the tendering process for service providers, and ensuring that all partners receive the support they need. During event implementation, you will be instrumental in ensuring everything runs smoothly.

Your Responsibilities

  • Approximately 1 year of professional experience in customer management and meeting planning; experience with pharmaceutical clients is desirable.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, enabling you to juggle multiple complex projects and schedules while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong team orientation, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A confident and friendly demeanor when interacting at all levels.
  • Fluency in German and English; additional language skills are a plus.
