Job Opportunity at Our Family Office
We are a family office dedicated to managing the investments of a single family. Our investment portfolio spans all asset classes, encompassing both traditional assets—such as bonds, listed equities, foreign exchange, and derivatives—as well as alternative investments that include private markets.
Investment Responsibilities
- Assist in managing a highly diversified investment portfolio across various asset classes, industries, and geographies
- Analyze new investment opportunities, which include both internally generated ideas and proposals from banks
- Prepare internal investment reports
- Support financial accounting, bookkeeping, and audit processes in collaboration with the team
- Liaise with banks regarding transactions, KYC matters, and account openings
Administrative Responsibilities
- General office administration
- Organize the office and support the team in optimizing operational efficiency
- Coordinate concierge services and assist ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs) with personal matters as part of daily activities
- Provide oral and written translations in English, German, and Russian
- Plan and prepare meetings
- Review invoices against offers and completed work
- Maintain a maintenance calendar and a list of open tasks, monitoring their execution
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as requested by clients and management
Education and Skills & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, capital markets, accounting, or a related field
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of work experience in family offices, banks, investment funds, or audit firms
- Languages: Fluency in English, German, and Russian is required
- IT Skills: Advanced proficiency in IT, particularly Excel
