About the Job

We are seeking a Junior Customer Activation Manager to join our Customer Activation Team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring the effective execution of brand and promotional campaigns, with a strong focus on content localization. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer activation, campaign management, and content creation, while working closely with cross-functional teams and utilizing tools such as SAP Marketing Cloud and Figma.

Your Responsibilities

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support with the localization of brand and promotional content for the newsletter channel, ensuring alignment with both market and central stakeholders while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Assist in the end-to-end execution of regional marketing campaigns, including newsletters and MMS, ensuring accuracy across multiple markets and central teams.
  • Facilitate campaign setup, automation, and segmentation in SAP Marketing Cloud, ensuring high-quality execution.
  • Coordinate with external agencies to streamline localization efforts and translation workflows.
  • Utilize AI-powered translation tools to enhance efficiency and maintain linguistic consistency.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven recommendations to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
  • Maintain detailed documentation on testing analyses and technical configurations for scalability and efficiency.
  • Support the maintenance of invoices.

About You

We are looking for an exceptional talent who brings the following qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in campaign management, marketing operations, or digital marketing, ideally in an international setting.
  • Experience in email marketing, segmentation, automation, and campaign workflows, preferably using SAP Marketing Cloud and Microsoft Dynamics (or similar platforms).
  • Strong understanding of content localization, including cultural nuances and regional adaptations.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks in a structured manner under tight timelines.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, content management tools, and localization software is advantageous.
  • Experience with content creation in Figma.
