About the Job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Support the team by ensuring that global assets and content for the end consumer are created on time and within budget, while adhering to the strategic and creative vision through all stages of production.
  • Continuously interface with and receive strategic input from Brand Management to ensure the process is optimal.
  • Support content strategies to deliver complex requirements across global content as needed.
  • Manage the allocation and flow of work between creatives both internally and externally, providing relevant briefs.
  • Ensure adherence to visual identity standards and apply these to the creative outputs as required.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop content that meets global needs and aligns with brand standards.
  • Manage and develop deliverables with external partners, freelancers, and internal resources.
  • Work closely with mid and senior stakeholders in Brand to receive global seasonal briefings for the delivery of global campaign toolboxes from the creative studio.
  • Oversee budget allocations and promptly report any changes to project managers.

About You

We are seeking a unique and talented individual with the following qualifications:

  • University degree in Marketing, Communication, or Creative Studies.
  • A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international setting, preferably in the Luxury Retail sector.
  • High sensitivity to creativity and a refined artistic taste.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of managing stakeholders across various departments and levels of the organization.
  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • An innovative and creative mindset, paired with a can-do attitude.
  • Proficiency in English, with strong presentation and communication skills.
