Junior Consultant Real Estate Valuation (m/f/d)

Job Description

In this role, you will focus on the following responsibilities:

• Conduct property viewings of single-family homes and investment properties alongside experienced appraisers.
• Assist in the valuation process for residential, commercial, and special-purpose properties.
• Perform research and analysis on market and location data.
• Review and prepare relevant documentation for property assessments.
• Contribute to the optimization and further development of IAZI’s assessment tools.
• Maintain and support our customer network, primarily via telephone communication.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

• A university degree in architecture, business administration, economics, real estate management, or a related field.
• A high level of commitment and initiative, combined with curiosity and a desire to learn something new every day.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in data management.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with the Swiss real estate market or the field of real estate valuation is advantageous.
• Excellent written and spoken skills in German and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
• A valid driving license (category B).
