Position: Junior HR Business Partner (f/m/x)
Join our vibrant team in La Chaux-de-Fonds for a temporary mission (6-9 months) and be part of something extraordinary!
Your Contribution
As a Junior HR Business Partner, you will support management and employees in various HR-related areas, including recruitment and employee relations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing day-to-day HR support across the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, development, offboarding).
- Acting as a trusted HR partner to managers, advising them on people-related topics and team management.
- Managing employment law inquiries, internal policies, and sensitive or complex situations.
- Contributing to annual HR processes such as performance reviews, people reviews, promotions, salary cycles, and succession planning.
- Supporting learning and development initiatives by identifying training needs and following up on development actions.
- Managing recruitment for professional and managerial roles in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Developing and monitoring HR KPIs (turnover, absenteeism, recruitment metrics, training indicators, etc.) and supporting HR reporting.
- Participating in HR projects and the continuous improvement of internal processes.
- Providing support to HR colleagues on various topics (payroll, internal communication, HR administration).
- Contributing to the organization of internal events (celebrations, annual events, HR initiatives).

Your Profile
You will fit well with our squad if you have:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an international, industrial environment.
- Experience in project work and the analysis and optimization of processes.
- A commercial education or university degree, with further education in Human Resources Management (Federal diploma or university degree preferred).
- IT Knowledge (MS Office, HR-ERP, or SAP) and a solid understanding of labor law.
- Strategic project management and change management skills.
- Fluency in French and English.
- An organized, structured, independent, and communicative personality with a high level of assertiveness.
- Empathy, motivation, and a proactive approach with a cross-linked mindset.
- The ability to align with organizational goals, standards, culture, and policies.
