Join Our Team as a Junior HR Business Partner (f/m/x)

Your Contribution
- Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers across the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, development, offboarding).
- Act as a trusted HR partner to managers, advising them on people-related topics and team management.
- Handle employment law questions, internal policies, and sensitive or complex situations.
- Contribute to annual HR processes such as performance reviews, people reviews, promotions, salary cycles, and succession planning.
- Support learning and development initiatives by identifying training needs and following up on development actions.
- Manage recruitment for professional and managerial roles in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Develop and monitor HR KPIs (turnover, absenteeism, recruitment metrics, training indicators, etc.) to support HR reporting.
- Participate in HR projects and the continuous improvement of internal processes.
- Provide support to HR colleagues on various topics (payroll, internal communication, HR administration).
- Contribute to the organization of internal events (celebrations, annual events, HR initiatives).
Your Qualifications
You will fit well in our squad if you have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an international, industrial environment.
- Experience in project work and the analysis and optimization of processes.
- A commercial education or university degree. Further education in Human Resources Management (Federal diploma or university degree) is preferred.
- Preferably, further education in change management or psychology.
- IT knowledge (MS Office, as well as experience with HR-ERP or SAP) and good knowledge of labor law.
- Strategic project management and change management skills.
- Fluency in French and English.
- Well-organized, structured, independent, and a communicative personality with a high level of assertiveness and implementation skills.
- An empathetic, motivated personality with a high level of initiative, integrity, and a cross-linked mindset.
- The ability to align with the organizational goals, standards, culture, and policies.
