Job Opportunity: Junior Area Manager
We are seeking a motivated Junior Area Manager to support sales and business development activities across assigned territories within an international B2B API / Medical Cannabinoids environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Area Manager in executing sales and market development strategies.
- Manage relationships with clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
- Identify new markets, clients, and business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Support negotiations, tenders, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and prepare sales reports.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Regulatory teams.
- Represent the company at client meetings and industry events.
- Travel to assigned countries as required.
Requirements & Skills
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Initial experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Account Management (API experience preferred).
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong communication, organization, and networking skills.
- Proactive, results-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
