Your Role

To support the IT organization of our client, we are seeking a motivated Junior IT professional. This individual will assist the team in day-to-day IT operations, support users, and take ownership of smaller IT projects. This role is ideal for a curious and technology-driven candidate who speaks both German and English, holds ongoing or completed IT education, and has a strong willingness to learn and grow.

Junior IT Administrator (50%-60%, f/m/d)

Your Tasks

• Support the IT team in daily operational and administrative IT tasks.
• Provide Helpdesk support to end users.
• Assist with the administration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of IT systems.
• Take ownership of smaller IT projects and drive them forward independently.
• Support IT rollouts, system changes, migrations, and infrastructure initiatives.
• Maintain IT documentation, user guides, and process descriptions.

Your Profile

• Ongoing or completed IT education or a comparable IT qualification.
• Ideally, some professional experience in an IT role.
• Strong affinity for technology and a genuine interest in new IT trends.
• High willingness to learn and ambition for professional development.
• Ability to independently acquire new knowledge and navigate unfamiliar topics in a structured manner.
• A team-oriented personality with a professional service and support mindset.
• Fluency in English and German with strong verbal and written communication skills.
