Java Tech Lead | Long-term Contract | Remote (Poland)
RED is excited to announce a new contract opportunity for a Java Tech Lead to collaborate with one of our key partners on a long-term development project. The contract is anticipated to commence in the second half of October and is primarily remote, with a preference for candidates located in Poland.
Specific Skills/Experience Required:
- Strong commercial experience with Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Tomcat, SOAP, and SQL
- Previous experience as a Tech Lead, overseeing small development teams
- Hands-on development background with the ability to actively engage in coding activities
- Experience in code reviews, mentoring developers, and providing technical coordination
- Solid understanding of application architecture and technical decision-making
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Excellent communication skills in English and Polish
