Our client is seeking a fluent Italian-speaking Customer Sales Advisor to join their expanding customer service team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who thrives on engaging with customers, delivering exceptional service, and uncovering sales prospects in a dynamic environment.

As part of a friendly, office-based team, you will manage customer inquiries, process orders, and support customers throughout their journey while maintaining a high standard of service at every touchpoint. This role effectively combines customer service, administration, and sales, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a varied workload.

The Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling inbound customer inquiries via telephone, email, and live chat
• Making outbound calls to customers as needed
• Processing orders, invoices, proformas, and credit notes accurately
• Updating customer records and internal systems
• Coordinating courier bookings and shipment documentation
• Identifying opportunities to upsell products and services
• Providing accurate product and service information
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure efficient order processing
• Delivering an excellent customer experience from initial inquiry through to resolution

About You

The ideal candidate will be:

• Fluent in both Italian and English
• Experienced in customer service, sales support, or a similar customer-facing role
• Confident in communicating over the phone and via email
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced office environment
• Proficient in IT with a working knowledge of CRM or customer management systems
• Proactive and positive, with outstanding communication skills
• Experience in sales or upselling is a plus
