Job Purpose
The Investor Relations (IR) Manager plays a vital role in nurturing our relationships with global investors while enhancing our IR strategy and capital markets reputation. Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive IR strategy aligned with our global development goals.
- Support effective communication with the investor community and relevant regulatory authorities.
- Maintain communication with sell-side analysts and other capital market stakeholders.
- Prepare IR materials, including investor presentations and other investor-related documents.
- Coordinate investor communication activities such as roadshows and meetings.
- Monitor capital market dynamics and industry trends.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous experience in Investor Relations, preferably in a listed corporation. A background in investment banking or finance is preferred.
- Familiarity with listing rules and disclosure requirements.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with investors.
- Strong communication skills—capable of leading discussions with both internal and external stakeholders.
- A quick learner with demonstrated excellence in communication.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Bloomberg.
