Job Purpose
The Investor Relations (IR) Manager will play a crucial role in nurturing our relationships with global investors and shaping our investor relations strategy and capital markets image. Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive IR strategy aligned with our global development goals.
- Support effective communication with the investor community and relevant regulatory authorities.
- Maintain relationships with sell-side analysts and other capital market stakeholders.
- Prepare IR materials, including investor presentations and other documents relevant to investors.
- Coordinate investor communication activities such as roadshows and meetings.
- Monitor capital markets dynamics and industry trends.
Qualifications And Requirements
- Previous experience in investor relations, preferably at a publicly listed corporation; a background in investment banking or finance is preferred.
- Familiarity with listing rules and disclosure requirements.
- Proven track record of maintaining strong relationships with investors.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead discussions with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Bloomberg.
