Tasks

In this internship, you will be part of a motivated and diverse team in Zurich within the Lufthansa (LHG) Digital Solution domain. A structured, analytical, and technical mindset, along with a team-player attitude, is essential. Join us on our digital air retailing journey!

  • Contribute to developing PMO processes and tools with a team of solution experts.
  • Participate in various projects as a PMO.
  • Support the development of our knowledge management solutions.
  • Assist in coordinating LHG's IATA work under the PSC.
  • Help prepare internal management reporting, briefings, presentations, approval papers, and alignments with other departments.
  • Drive internal marketing initiatives, including publishing our newsletter and release presentations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's students or graduates in Engineering and/or Business Administration (Bachelor's students must have completed at least three semesters).
  • Excellent MS Office 365 skills (TEAMS, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Highly structured, organized, and proactive.
  • Ability to quickly understand interlinks in a complex environment.
  • Technically curious and passionate about the airline industry.
  • Knowledge and/or experience with Agile Methodology is highly appreciated.
  • Very good spoken and written English skills.
