Maintain training records to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with internal trainers and external vendors.
Prepare IT Access Management documentation and onboarding materials for new hires. Additionally, send out employee birthday gifts.
Maintain and update evacuation drill lists and track the annual performance review process.
Publish job advertisements and other communications on LinkedIn and support HR publications and updates on SharePoint, such as the organizational chart.
Prepare and distribute HR communications across international teams.
Manage user and badge inquiries, and support HR specialists in the monthly lock process.
Enter routine corrections, such as public holidays, and conduct Mobatime training for new hires.
Welcome visitors while ensuring proper registration and badge issuance.
Ensure efficient reception of phone calls to the main line.
Organize Apéros, employee events, and hospitality arrangements for visitors, including hotel bookings.
Ensure the proper handling of HR invoices, purchase orders, and supplier management.
Plan apprentice tasks and supervise their performance and development.
No home office work is allowed. Present working hours are from 08:00 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 17:00.
