How You Can Make a Difference
- Cover multiple areas of tax, including OECD Pillar II compliance, Corporate Income Tax, Indirect Taxes, Transfer Pricing, and global tax structuring.
- Support and drive tax compliance across Swiss entities and their subsidiaries.
- Ensure compliance with OECD Pillar II requirements, including Global Anti-Base Erosion (GloBE) rules.
- Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company's tax position in line with OECD Pillar II regulations.
- Maintain policies and procedures to ensure adherence to OECD Pillar II and relevant tax regulations.
- Identify and manage tax risks associated with OECD Pillar II, providing recommendations for mitigation.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of tax-related data and compliance.
- Coordinate with external auditors during tax audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Work closely with various departments, including finance, legal, and operations, to gather necessary data and support organizational goals.
- Stay updated on changes in international tax laws and regulations, specifically OECD Pillar II, and advise management accordingly.
What You Bring Along
- A tax accountant qualification or comparable credentials with 7-10 years of relevant experience in tax, preferably within medium to large-sized companies.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, and taxation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience working with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft D365.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently while also being a effective team player with strong communication skills. You should be resilient and flexible.
