How You Can Make a Difference

  • Cover multiple areas of tax, including OECD Pillar II compliance, Corporate Income Tax, Indirect Taxes, Transfer Pricing, and global tax structuring.
  • Support and drive tax compliance across the Swiss entities and their subsidiaries.
  • Ensure compliance with OECD Pillar II requirements, including the Global Anti-Base Erosion (GloBE) rules.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize the company’s tax position in alignment with OECD Pillar II regulations.
  • Maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with OECD Pillar II and other relevant tax regulations.
  • Identify and manage tax risks related to OECD Pillar II, providing recommendations for mitigation.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls to guarantee the accuracy and integrity of tax-related data and compliance.
  • Coordinate with external auditors to provide necessary documentation and explanations during tax audits.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments, including finance, legal, and operations, to gather essential data and support organizational goals.
  • Stay informed about changes in international tax laws and regulations, particularly OECD Pillar II, and advise management accordingly.

What You Bring

  • You are a tax accountant or have a comparable qualification with at least 7-10 years of relevant experience in tax, preferably within medium to large-sized companies.
  • You possess extensive knowledge of accounting, bookkeeping, and taxation.
  • You are proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • You are experienced with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft D365.
  • You have excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken).
  • You can work independently while being an effective team player, demonstrating strong communication abilities. You are resilient and flexible.
