YOUR ROLE

We are seeking an International PR Specialist to join our PR and Corporate Communication department. The International PR Specialist will play a key role in maintaining the reputation of the Maison, creating and curating engaging content, distributing information, and conducting research and market analysis activities. This position will ensure that the Maison’s messages and news are effectively communicated to stakeholders and will be responsible for executing PR strategies that enhance our brand image and expand PR coverage on a global scale. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international media relations, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and subsidiaries.

PLAYING YOUR PART, YOU WILL

Creating and Sharing Content

  • Ensure all communications reflect the tone of voice of the Maison
  • Lead the planning and editing of content creation
  • Oversee the distribution of communication materials to subsidiaries and the press

Improving Global PR Activation

  • Contribute to the establishment of PR objectives and their implementation
  • Enhance the international press database through strategic segmentation, performance review, and KPIs to support the PR strategy

Developing Reports

  • Lead the monthly coverage report, as well as daily and ad-hoc highlights, collating press reviews and coverage across offline and online media, using key metrics to measure earned media performance in collaboration with subsidiaries
  • Benchmark and analyze trends and coverage, sharing key learnings and best practices
  • Gather cross-media results and highlight significant insights

Setting the PR Activation

  • Address inquiries from the public, press, and related organizations, referring requests to the appropriate spokesperson or information source
  • Ensure media inquiries are relevant, working on detailed media briefs
  • Organize press photo and video shoots, following up with the media until publication
  • Lead the organization of PR interactions such as press conferences, previews, PR days, exhibitions, and press events
  • Coordinate manufacture visits and support markets on a regular basis to address requests and improve local performance

Coordinating Watches and Wonders

  • Coordinate the project logistics for the fair, including managing interview and photo shoot schedules

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?

Success in this role will require:

  • A Master's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • Immediate availability
  • Proven experience in Media Relations, including mandatory experience in the watchmaking industry
  • Proficiency in Content Creation, Data Analysis, Database Management, Event Management, and Reporting
  • Exceptional skills in Communication, Organization, Problem-Solving, Attention to Detail, and Negotiation
  • Fluency in French & English
