What You Can Expect From Us

You will collaborate directly with experienced HR professionals and gain valuable insights into the recruiting world, from candidate sourcing to maintaining contact with talents and clients. You will embrace responsibilities and actively contribute to our success.

Your Main Tasks

• Participation in the operational daily business of personnel consulting
• Talent sourcing across all relevant channels
• Support in coordinating interviews
• Assisting in the creation and maintenance of job profiles

Your Profile

• Enrolled in a study program with a mandatory internship
• Interest in recruiting and communication
• Structured and reliable working method
• Good PC skills, experienced with MS Office
• Very good German language skills at native level
