International Business Manager Role at SCT
The purpose of the International Business Manager role at SCT is to identify new markets for Cardioplexol outside of Europe, supporting the company’s international growth and strategic objectives. This position is responsible for managing the full market access cycle, from market analysis to partner identification and management. The International Business Manager plays a key role in Abacus Medicine’s mission to make Cardioplexol available and accessible in as many international markets as feasible. The role covers all markets outside of Europe (International) and encompasses market analysis, segmentation, prioritization, execution roadmap definition, and managing partner and customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Analyze potential markets outside of Europe to assess market access feasibility.
- Validate the potential of Cardioplexol by country/region, taking into account regulatory and patent specifications.
- Define a segmentation map that reflects market potential and technical/access metrics.
- Develop entry strategies for prioritized markets, including partner profiling.
- Initiate contacts with potential partners and customers, and coordinate contract negotiations.
- Coordinate product support between internal functions and external partners, including Regulatory, Marketing, and Medical.
- Manage established partners and monitor business performance in various markets.
Qualifications
- University degree in natural sciences, business administration, or a related field.
- Scientific and business knowledge, with experience in the International Pharmaceutical industry.
