Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled communications professional responsible for developing and delivering internal communications in various formats. The ideal candidate will enable employees to quickly identify, send, receive, and comprehend information that is clear, credible, and relevant.
Key Accountabilities

Organization Materials Distribution
- Publish and distribute a range of organization-wide and HR-related materials in both traditional print and electronic formats. Examples include newsletters, brochures, handbooks, conference and seminar materials, as well as benefit and compensation communications.
- Ensure that organizational initiatives and projects are effectively communicated to employees.

Communication Process Management
- Carry out various assignments independently, necessitating a thorough understanding of communication techniques, methods, and processes.
- Develop and enhance an internal communications strategy in collaboration with senior managers.
- Ensure consistency in internal communications messages across all mediums and departments within the organization.

Communication Support
- Provide communications support across markets to ensure all English written communications effectively represent the organization. Collaborate with corporate communications to define the company voice and narrative, implementing systems for scalability across regions.
- Deliver engaging presentations at organizational events.
- Represent the employee communication function on project teams, ensuring that other members of the organization are informed about unit activities and share knowledge on effective employee communication.

E-Learning Management
- Oversee global training initiatives and the company's global learning platform (Cornerstone).
- Create and publish global E-Learning courses in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support other departments with learning subject matter expertise.
Key Requirements
- University Degree, preferably in the area of Communications or Human Resources.
- A minimum of 4 years of working experience in the field of Human Resources within an international environment, including at least two years in Corporate Communications.
- Exceptional command of both oral and written English (C2 level).
- Professional experience with Cornerstone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with all levels of staff.
- Proven ability to multi-task and adhere to tight deadlines.
- Outstanding project management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
