How You Can Make an Impact

As a key member of our team, you will play an essential role in enhancing internal communications and fostering a collaborative work environment.

  • Drive Internal Engagement Through Strategic Campaigns: You will collaborate with the executive team, business departments, finance, marketing, compliance, and IT to design and launch impactful internal communication campaigns. You will manage the campaign pipeline, coordinate across teams and stakeholders, and utilize data analytics to measure effectiveness and refine future strategies.
  • Create Compelling Content Across All Channels: You will develop and manage content for our internal communications app/platform, intranet, digital signage, and videos, all in English. Your work will be clear, engaging, and focused on reaching our audience effectively.
  • Build a Culture Where Everyone Feels Heard: By promoting transparent and inclusive communications, you will amplify Deloitte's values, diversity, and equity initiatives. You will ensure that every voice is valued, contributing to a workplace where individuals feel motivated to stay and grow.
  • Innovate and Lead Beyond Your Role: You will continuously develop new ideas and tools for effective communication. Supporting broader strategic communications, digital efforts, and brand projects, you will actively contribute to giving Switzerland a voice in the Deloitte EMEA/Global internal communications community and share best practices.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Education: You have a Master's degree in Corporate Communications, Economics, Law, or a related field, accompanied by a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in internal or external communications.
  • Proven Results: You have successfully developed and executed engaging campaigns, ideally within a large organization or PR agency, demonstrating a clear understanding of efficacy and measurement.
  • Exceptional Writing Skills: You possess high-level proficiency in professional English writing, capable of making complex ideas clear and compelling. Bonus points for proficiency in German or French.
  • Digital Fluency: You are adept with communication apps, intranet platforms, videos, blogs, and podcasts. You intuitively choose the right channel for each message and know how to drive engagement.
  • Event Production Expertise: You have hands-on experience planning, producing, and executing corporate town halls or events, managing logistics, coordinating speakers, overseeing technical production (AV and hybrid setups), and ensuring flawless execution even under pressure.
  • Quick Learner and Inspirational Communicator: You swiftly grasp business operations and employee needs, creating resonant content that informs, engages, and inspires action.
  • Thriving in Complexity: You effectively manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders while maintaining a focus on the bigger picture. You are a strong team player with a positive, flexible, hands-on approach, bringing an entrepreneurial spirit to problem-solving.
  • Champion of Inclusion: You appreciate and promote diverse cultures, actively fostering an inclusive work environment. You have guided employees through organizational change with clear communication, maintaining morale and trust throughout transitions.
