The Communications & Public Affairs team creates and delivers content that positions Deloitte as thought leaders in a wide range of fields - from business transformation and the future of work to the latest AI developments and other industry-specific topics. We create integrated and innovative communication strategies to engage with our external and internal audiences across various channels, including websites, blogs, PR, social media, intranet, and digital signage. You will work within the Growth division, collaborating with marketing, eminence, brand, client relations, business development, and research teams. Together, we shape strategic go-to-market programs that address today’s business challenges faced by Deloitte’s C-suite clients and internal communities. Your work will have immediate, visible impact.

How You Can Make an Impact

• Drive internal engagement through strategic campaigns: Partner with the executive team, business departments, finance, marketing, compliance, and IT to design and launch internal communication campaigns. Own the campaign pipeline, coordinate across teams and stakeholders, and measure effectiveness using data analytics to shape future strategies.
• Create compelling content across all channels: Develop and manage content for our internal communications app/platform, intranet, digital signage, and videos, all in English. Ensure your work is clear, engaging, and designed to reach our people effectively.
• Build a culture where everyone feels heard: Amplify Deloitte’s values, diversity, and equity initiatives through transparent, inclusive communications. Ensure all voices feel valued and foster a workplace where people want to stay and grow.
• Innovate and lead beyond your role: Continuously develop new ideas and tools for effective communication. Support wider strategic communications, digital, and brand projects, and play an active role in representing Switzerland within the Deloitte EMEA/Global internal communications community while sharing best practices.

Who We Are Looking For

• Master's Degree: You possess a Master’s degree in Corporate Communications, Economics, Law, or a related field, and have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in internal or external communications.
• Results-Driven: A proven track record in developing and delivering effective, engaging campaigns, preferably in a large organisation or PR agency, and understanding what works and how to measure it.
• Effective Communicator: You write with clarity and confidence in English, capable of simplifying complex ideas. Bonus: proficiency in German or French is an asset.
• Digital Expertise: A strong understanding of communication apps, intranet platforms, videos, blogs, and podcasts. You know how to choose the right channel for the right message and drive engagement.
• Event Management: Hands-on experience in planning, producing, and executing corporate town halls or events, overseeing technical production (AV and hybrid setups), and ensuring flawless execution.
• Quick Learner: You quickly grasp how our business works and what resonates with our people, creating compelling content that informs, engages, and inspires action.
• Multi-Tasker: You can juggle multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders without losing sight of the bigger picture, demonstrating a positive, flexible, hands-on approach.
• Champion of Inclusion: You understand and appreciate diverse cultures, actively promoting an inclusive work environment while guiding employees through organizational change.
