Internal Audit Supply is a part of the Risk Management & Compliance department within Supply.

Job Description

We are seeking a new colleague to join us as an Internal Audit Leader.

In this role, you will actively stimulate positive change by providing insights, advice, and high-quality business assurance activities. You will be a true ambassador of the IKEA values and will:

• Lead and perform a range of audits (operational, financial, and compliance) across various functions, businesses, and organizations.
• Develop and maintain strong, trusting partnerships with stakeholders to support and advise in the areas of risks and controls.
• Timely deliver impactful audit reports that include valuable insights and recommendations (strong writing skills are required).
• Drive development and continuous improvement of internal processes, as well as collaboration and knowledge sharing within the Risk & Compliance community.
• Constantly seek new ways to develop yourself, others, and the business.
• Lead or support other initiatives within the scope of risk management and compliance.

Qualifications

You are a curious and solution-oriented individual with a knack for engaging and building trustworthy relationships with various stakeholders. Your ability to assess risks with a broader perspective, combined with an attention to detail when necessary, sets you apart. As a team player and fast learner with strong analytical capabilities, you can efficiently handle multiple assignments simultaneously.

What more do you bring?

• At least 6+ years of experience in internal audit; knowledge of supply chain is a plus.
• Ideally, experience with both operational and IT audits.
• Qualified (or on track to achieve) CIA, CISA, or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide pragmatic recommendations while maintaining high integrity.
• Excellent networking, influencing, and communication skills.
• Experience in leveraging data analytics tools is an advantage.
• A desire to create impact and inspiration across functions and reporting lines.
• A preference for working in a collaborative environment with a strong focus on both business and people, viewing challenges as opportunities.
• Exceptional organizational skills, coupled with resilience and composure under pressure.
