Job Description

Your Mission

As an Intern in our Center of Excellence for Talent & Organizational Development, you will play a key role in supporting the full talent lifecycle at SMG. This includes attracting and hiring exceptional talent, as well as developing and engaging our workforce. This role presents a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across both Talent Acquisition (≈50%) and People & Organizational Development (≈50%), while contributing to meaningful projects that shape our culture and enhance the employee experience.

Join our dynamic team, which spans six countries (Switzerland, Serbia, Vietnam, France, Germany, and India), where creativity flourishes. Together, we tackle challenges, celebrate successes, and continuously aim for growth.

Specifically, you will work on:

• Supporting the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a great candidate experience through job postings, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
• Contributing to employer branding initiatives by participating in events, content creation, research, and performance tracking.
• Organizing and coordinating learning, development, and engagement initiatives, including trainings, workshops, and internal events.
• Supporting people development and culture projects, such as engagement surveys, performance cycles, and community initiatives.
• Creating and preparing internal content and communications, including presentations, articles, and visuals.

Your responsibilities will evolve as we grow, tailored to your skills and interests.

Qualifications

What will you bring to the ride?

• A strong interest in Talent Acquisition, People Development, and company culture.
• Currently studying or recently graduated in a relevant field (e.g., Business, HR, Psychology, Communications), or possess a similar background.
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.
• Strong communication skills with a proactive, hands-on mindset.
• Fluent in English (German is a plus).
