Tasks

Join our Public Affairs team and gain a comprehensive understanding of the challenges faced by an airline in the public and political arenas:

• Monitoring relevant topics and key stakeholders.
• Assessing the effects of legislation and political processes on SWISS.
• Managing internal consultation processes and editing public submissions.
• Supporting the communication of SWISS's position on key political issues.
• Representing SWISS's interests towards external stakeholders.
• Developing and implementing projects related to current political affairs.
• Editing recurring reports on political topics.

Requirements

• A preferred 100% workload specification for this position.
• HF diploma, or Bachelor's and Master's students or graduates in (international) law, international relations, economics, political science, or history (HF diploma & Bachelor's students must have completed at least three semesters).
• In-depth knowledge of the Swiss political system and its mechanics, plus basic knowledge of aviation.
• Ability to edit texts on complex issues for various internal or external stakeholders.
• Native speaker of German or French with proficiency in the other language.
• Very good spoken and written English skills.
• Strong MS Office skills.
