Tasks

Join our Public Affairs team and gain valuable insights into the workings of an airline and its public and political challenges.

  • Monitor relevant topics and key stakeholders.
  • Assess the impact of legislation and political processes on SWISS.
  • Manage the internal consultation process and edit public submissions.
  • Support communication of SWISS's position on pertinent political topics.
  • Represent SWISS's interests to external stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement projects related to current political affairs.
  • Edit recurrent reports on political topics.

Requirements

  • Workload Specification: A 100% workload is preferred for this position.
  • HF diploma, Bachelor’s, or Master’s students or graduates in (international) law, international relations, economics, political science, or history (HF diploma and Bachelor’s students must have completed at least three semesters).
  • In-depth knowledge of the Swiss political system and its mechanics; basic knowledge of aviation.
  • Ability to edit texts on complex issues for various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Native fluency in German or French, with proficiency in the other language.
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
